Music for Two vol.2
Presentation of the CD

‘The vibrant sound and the perfect syntony of intention are the main characteristics of Anton Martynov and Kremena Nikolova. Two violins, one and only breath : two different personalities, weaved in audacious counterpoints of the baroque virtuosity, making the musical thought of each and every phrase together coherent and spontaneous, of that spontaneity that is the gift of very few artists, and audacious conquest of the great musicians…’

Violino d’AMore
Presentation of the CD

Anna Maria del Violin, daughter of the Choir and musician at the Ospedale della Pietà of Venice, under the musical direction of Antonio Vivaldi, established himself in the seventeenth century as a soloist of European fame. The deep understanding between the woman and the Venetian master is attested by more than 30 concerts for violin, which are a proper testimony for the excellent musical talent of this figure. In the “Violino d’AMore” project, Anna Maria’s memory will revive in the compositions dedicated to her.
Along with the concertos of Vivaldi, will be proposed to the public, the first absolute performance of three contemporary violin concertos, inspired and dedicated to the young violinist Kremena Nikolova – Anna Maria before and today…
